Welcome to Lake Placid High School, home of the Blue Bombers!
I am honored and excited to begin my journey as the principal of Lake Placid High School. My 18 years as a math teacher at LPCSD has allowed me to learn about the culture of the school and build many professional relationships with the faculty, staff and the community. I have learned a lot about the history of what makes our school an amazing place to grow and mature while developing a lifelong love of learning. I am committed to nurturing the positive relationships that exist between faculty, staff, students, and the community in an effort to make educating the whole child our biggest success together.
As the high school principal I am motivated to build upon the Lake Placid Central School mission to provide “a welcoming, stimulating environment that inspires students to achieve their academic, physical, and social potential and to thrive in a dynamic global society.” I am looking forward to the many exciting opportunities we will experience together. I am eager to work with each and every one of you, and together we will continue to learn and grow.
The Lake Placid school staff is committed to establishing an environment where students can be successful in a safe and secure school environment. The staff here is very proud of our rich history and the accomplishments of our students.
I hope that the contents of this website will provide information that is helpful, allowing the school community to stay connected with our school. I encourage you to visit the school website frequently as we continue to keep it up-to-date with information about school activities, parent and community programs and special events. The high school sends out a weekly electronic newsletter to help parent stay inform of upcoming events and highlight accomplishments of students. If you would like to register for the eNewsletter, please contact the main office.
Do not hesitate to contact me or stop by my office if you have any questions or concerns.
