The Lake Placid Elementary School educates approximately 300 students in a Kindergarten to Grade 5 setting. Our accomplished faculty of 28 teachers are committed to providing the best educational opportunities at each and every grade level.

May 21: Night at the LPES Museum from 6:00 - 7:00 PM.
May 22: Dental Day - Grades K-3 - Sponsored by Adirondack Health - details
May 27: Memorial Day No School
May 29: Elementary Concert 3, 4, 5 LPES Gym - 6:30 PM
June 4: Board of Education Meeting
June 11: 6th Grade Orientation at 6:30 PM at the MS/HS and is for Grade 5 parents and students.
June 12: Elementary Band Recital/Concert @ 6:30 pm LPMHS Auditorium
June 17: Kindergarten Celebration at 10:00 AM - last day for Kindergarten students - will leave after the celebration!
June 18: Gr. 5 Graduation - 9:00 AM. The Field Day will be in the afternoon.
June 19th - 10:30 Dismissal for Gr. 1-5 - Last Day!
