ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES
The Lake Placid Central School District located at 50 Cummings Road Lake Placid, NY 12946
is seeking bids from qualified & experienced individuals and firms for the district's 2023 Legal
Services. Inquiries and questions regarding the 2023 Request For Proposal (RFP) process should be directed in writing before June 9, 2023 to:

The District reserves the right to amend its RFP for any reason or based upon questions received in writing during the proposal process. The RFP does not "obligate" the District to award a contract, pay any cost incurred in the preparation of a proposal in response to the RFP, or to procure or contract for services. The District intends to award a contract(s) on the basis of the best interest and advantage to the District, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of the RFP, to negotiate with all qualified Proposers /Respondents, or to cancel the RFP in part or in its entirety, if it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
